Senator Sharp requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                  
FOR CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                               
397(JUD) "An Act relating to the power to levy property taxes in               
second class cities" be taken up at this time.                                 
                                                                               
Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent that the                       
reconsideration on the bill be held to the May 9 calendar.  Without            
objection, it was so ordered.
